Design Team selection, management, and supervision:  We have staff and principals with considerable experience working for or with architectural and engineering firms.  We speak the design language, we understand how to articulate the owner’s vision, and we are actively involved in a hands-on manner throughout the design process.   

  2. Land Development Management Services:  We see land development as a specialty construction activity whose risks and challenges are often underestimated by other firms. We focus intensely on the civil engineering and site construction process, we understand earthwork, and we have decades of experience coordinating the provision of wet and dry utilities to a building project in a proper and timely manner.  

  3. General Contractor selection, management, and oversight:  We have principals and employees with many years’ experience working for GCs and supervising base building construction. We understand how the general contracting industry works. We follow issues such as costs, contract terms, changes, and safety until the project is completed. 

  4. Retail and Office Tenant Coordination and CM:  “tenant coordination” has evolved into an important specialty directly connected to revenue recognition. PDG is skilled in the execution and expediting of tenant projects including landlord-managed lease requirements as well as those handled directly by the tenants. Our tenant construction processes and procedures support the timely completion of interior projects and the rent commencement for the Owner’s real estate project.
