Area of interest

Northern Virginia, especially Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince William Counties and the I-66 and Route 28 corridor near Dulles Airport.

SIZE AND TYPE OF PROPERTY:

  • Single-, or multi-story commercial office buildings

  • Retail buildings and shopping centers

  • Urgent Care and Medical Office Buildings

  • Existing Properties and Land for new development

  • Vacant or Partially Leased

  • Free-standing, fee simple properties preferred

  • We specialize in older and struggling properties in need of renovation, revitalization, and leasing

  • Typically $1,000,000 to $20,000,000
