The Crescent Apartments

    • Owner's Representative for 111-unit luxury apartment development in the heart of Chevy Chase, MD

    • Oversee planning, entitlements, design, permitting, budgeting, and construction management

    • Provide comprehensive project lifecycle guidance to Owner

    • Successfully transitioned to construction phase in 2022 and was occupied in February 2024

    • Winner of 2025 & 2026 Best of Bethesda Luxury Apartments

Howard Hughes Medical Institute

    • Owner’s Representative and Development Manager for numerous projects, including three Apartment Buildings for visiting and resident scientists. Apartment A 60 units, approximately $20 million, opened in 2011; Apartment B, 86 units, approximately $32 million, opened in 2015; $53 million, opened in 2021.

    • Other major projects include a gym, day care expansion, six residential homes, the historic renovation of two buildings and numerous other projects.

    • Client for 15 years.

    • Initial Development Manager for mixed-use project in Adams Morgan, Washington, DC

    • Oversaw entitlements, design, and bidding processes before ownership transition

    • Project scope: 80 residential units, 10,000 SF retail, and underground parking

    • Successfully laid groundwork for complex urban development in high-value neighborhood

Salamander Resort Residential

    • Construction Manager for 51-acre residential development in Middleburg, VA

    • Oversaw land development of 49 single-family home lots

    • Managed site preparation, infrastructure installation, and coordination with local authorities

Hayes Manor Rehabilitation

    • Owner's Representative for a multi-million dollar renovation of a 250 year plus manor home. Details include installation of a full house generator back up system, ADA upgrades, including a new elevator and infrastructure upgrades to connect the manor home to the existing campus

    • Oversee planning, entitlements, design, permitting, budgeting, site work and construction management
