HOWARD HUGHES MEDICAL INSTITUTE - JANELIA RESEARCH CAMPUS

  • Owner’s Representative and Project Manager for numerous projects including the development of three 80,000-SF apartment buildings for visiting and resident scientists.  Phase A, 60 units, $20 Million, opened in 2011; Phase B, 86 Units, $32 Million, opened in 2015; Phase C, 101 Units, $53 Million, opened in 2021.
