PDG is seeking to acquire additional office, medical,
and retail properties in Northern Virginia.

AREA OF INTEREST:

Northern Virginia, especially Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince William Counties and the Route 28 Corridor near Dulles Airport.

SIZE AND TYPE OF PROPERTY:

  • Single-, or multi-story commercial office buildings to 150,000 SF
  • Retail buildings and shopping centers from 5,000 to 150,000 square feet
  • Urgent Care and Medical Office Buildings from 5,000 to 100,000 square feet
  • Existing Properties or new development
  • Vacant or leased
  • Free-standing, fee simple properties preferred
  • We specialize in older and struggling properties in need of renovation, revitalization, and leasing
  • Typically $1,000,000 to $20,000,000
